Medical Guardian Customer Ratings

Medical Guardian has very good ratings and is rated an 8.3 out of 10 on TrustPilot.com. A few customer comments include:

  • I have been a customer for only a short time. The equipment arrived on time, and the setup was easy. Thank God I have not had to use the emergency medical service yet.”
  • I just ordered Medical Guardian for my grandmother. It couldn't have been an easier process. They had online chat so I could ask all my questions quietly at work, and then when it came time to order I just had to call really quickly with my credit card. I haven't received the unit yet, but if it's as good as their customer service I will be really happy. Plus, you can't beat the price!

Medical Guardian replies to all problems posted by customers on TrustPilot. One area of concern is the fact that their GPS cannot locate someone after their client service closes for the day. This would not affect the emergency push button, but for example, it could be a problem if a loved one disappeared after hours and they could not be located.

Medical Guardian replied to this concern in January 2017, and stated they are working on correcting this to make it 24 hour locating. They might have addressed this problem by now.
